This week I wanted to share a big shift in my mindset that I’ve noticed while on this weight loss journey compared to all the previous times I’ve tried to lose weight. Although I have been successful with losing weight in the past, I’ve never gotten 100% of the way to my goal and I didn’t stick with the changes for life. You’ve heard it before, it’s a lifestyle not a diet.
This time feels different, so we’re discussing that in today’s weigh-in video, along with my stats for the week and what I’m meal prepping.
