It happened. My first gain.
From my last weigh-in 2 weeks ago, I am up 2 pounds. Not earth-shatteringly bad, but definitely disappointing.
At least I can say that I saw it coming, I know what I did wrong, and I’m ready to jump back on track.
And it was a pretty worthwhile distraction that got me (ahem, I allowed myself to use as an excuse to get) off track.
I got a cat!
