Three weeks in and I’m starting to feel like I’m losing steam. I still lost weight this week, but I was below my 1-1.5 pounds per week goal. Being sick and having that time of the month don’t help but I know there’s a bit more to it than that. My motivation is waning, so my goal for this week is to refocus and find some new sources of inspiration to keep me on track.
I am starting by searching for some new healthy recipes and workout ideas on Pinterest. (If you’re into pinning, you can follow me here!) I’m going to try out a few this week and see if that doesn’t reignite my enthusiasm. I am also starting a new dance class this Thursday, which I am really looking forward to. Having a scheduled group workout like a class or sports league is often just what it takes to get me out of a solo workout funk.
