One week in! Today’s weigh-in is a pretty long one as I discuss the timeline of when and why I put on weight.
I found this introspective exercise pretty difficult to do but also very enlightening. If you’ve been struggling with your weight (either gaining or unable to lose) I would give it a try and see if you are able to discover some underlying patterns, emotions, or circumstances.

New BMI: 29.1
Change from last week: -2.2 lb (1kg)
Total loss: -11.8 lb (5.4 kg)
