Have I hit my second plateau? Probably. Did I gain weight over Thanksgiving weekend? No. Yay!
In the last 3-4 weeks my weight has been fluctuating by about 3 pounds but ultimately staying above 170. This week I weighed in at 171.7 pounds, which is 0.2 pounds up from last time. I’m trying not to get discouraged but the memory of how long it took to break my last plateau (5 months) has me shaking in my boots a bit.
I know that as long as I keep doing the right things the weight will come off eventually, but darn it I want it gone yesterday!
