Today’s exercise: Today all I managed to get in for activity was cleaning my apartment. I’m not sure what my Fitbit logs for active minutes but I guess cleaning doesn’t qualify lol.
Today’s food: I had watermelon for breakfast. (Hoorah for watermelon season!) For lunch, I had pasta, a roasted zucchini, and blueberries. For dinner I had oatmeal. I had a banana as a morning snack and some small red potatoes with ketchup for an afternoon snack.
Today’s calorie totals: 1958 consumed – 2192 burned = -234 kcal. My LoseIt! calorie goal is calculated for me to lose about one pound per week.
