Day 5 of my 30 day challenge to break my weight loss plateau is finished and I’m glad. I was so exhausted today that I barely managed to get any activity in. I did muster up the energy for a quick yoga session because I’m committed to this, dang it, but I’m nodding off just writing this post.

Today’s exercise: About 25 minutes of yoga (which I guess my Fitbit doesn’t register as active minutes?)
Today’s food: I had the same oatmeal recipe as yesterday for breakfast. For lunch, I had pasta and veggies with some rice added for a little more bulk and an apple on the side. As an afternoon snack I had a Go Macro bar. For dinner I had my favorite smoothie with 2 bananas and almond butter on the side.
Today’s calorie total: 2008 consumed – 1940 burned = +68 kcal. A small surplus today, due to the fact that I slightly overate for dinner and didn’t get much activity in. Kind of a bummer, but I’ll try to do better tomorrow. My LoseIt! calorie goal is calculated for me to lose about one pound per week.
