Day 3 of my 30 day effort to break my weight loss plateau is done!
If you live in the U.S., I hope you had a great Memorial Day weekend.
Today felt a little easier than days 1 and 2. Hopefully that means I’m getting into the swing of things early on. *fingers crossed*

Today’s exercise: In the early afternoon, I walked to the grocery store to pick up some things for dinner. It’s about ten minutes each way. (Images below from my Instagram story.) Around 5:00, I took a walk for about an hour. It was great timing because it started to pour rain as soon as I got back.
Today’s food: I wanted something heartier this morning, so I opted for oatmeal instead of my usual smoothie. For lunch, I had two baked sweet potatoes and the rest of the juice I made a few days ago. After going to the store, I meal prepped some pasta with marinara sauce and vegetables and had one serving for an afternoon snack. For dinner, I made High Carb Hannah’s Thai Almond Salad for the first time and had half of that recipe. I highly recommend trying it–it’s amazing!
Today’s calorie totals: 1737 consumed – 2184 burned = -397 kcal. Now that’s more like it!
