Today’s exercise: I hit the gym this morning before work and did 35 minutes on the elliptical. I would’ve liked to do some weight training too but I woke up too late for that!
Today’s food: I had my new usual berry smoothie for breakfast, an apple and a sweet potato for lunch, and some chocolates as an afternoon snack. Chocolate is not something I normally snack on because a) I’m not a big fan of chocolate, I prefer vanilla and b) it’s a a pretty high calorie low nutrition snack. Since my lunch was so small, I needed the energy to make it through the rest of the work day but I would rather have For dinner, I had 1.5 open face sandwiches. Basically, three pieces of bread toasted in a pan with vegan mayo, smoked paprika, vegan cream cheese, spinach, some homemade cashew cheese spread, and a slice of tomato. After dinner, I finished off a watermelon that I had in my fridge.
