Sorry for the delay in this post getting out, it’s been a crazy week!

Today’s exercise: None. Yep, I’m sure you know how I feel about that by now but in the spirit of being forgiving toward myself let’s just move on!
Today’s food: I had a berry smoothie–the same one I’ve been having a lot lately–for breakfast. For lunch I had some homemade green juice (I couldn’t find a good substitute for in the Fitbit food catalog, so I just went with a juice with similar calories) and channa masala. After lunch, I had a snack bar from a brand called Tiki Bar. I was pretty good but at 300 calories a piece, there are a lot of other gluten free & vegan snack bars I would choose instead. For dinner I had this apple breakfast cobbler with banana “ice cream”–tasted like I had dessert for dinner!
