Today’s exercise: On Mondays I play beach volleyball, so that’s what I did tonight. It was actually my team’s bye, but 4 of us wanted to play anyway so we used the open court to play 2 on 2. It was actually a better workout than it usually is with 6!
Today’s food: I had sweet oatmeal for breakfast. I made it with dates, banana, cinnamon, and mini vegan chocolate chips. For lunch, I had some leftover steamed potatoes. For dinner, I made date balls/bliss balls with dates, oats, vanilla, and rolled them in cocoa so they were kind of like truffles. Between breakfast and lunch I had some of the Mega Omega trail mix I got from Coscto. If you’re looking for a healthy vegan trail mix I think this one tastes really good! Between lunch and dinner I just had a few raw cashews as a snack.
