Day 23 of 30 is done!
As I mentioned in yesterday’s post, my period this month has really wiped me out. I’ve been exhausted every day of it so far. I’ve been going to bed earlier so I can get more rest, but I keep waking up throughout the night (which is unusual for me) and I feel more tired. I don’t really know what’s going on, but I can’t wait for my period to end so I can have the energy to work out again! Oh, and so the bloating goes away. That, too!

Today’s exercise: I went bra shopping–but that doesn’t count. It was literally the best compromise I could make to get myself up and walking around. Plus, all my old bras were like very very old so I desperately needed to replace them.
Today’s food: Smoothie bowl for breakfast, watermelon and trail mix for lunch, and simple steamed potatoes and ketchup for dinner. Also, I finished off the dried mangoes today, so no more constant snacking on them tomorrow! Thank goodness. I will not be buying those again for a long time.
