Day 20 of 30 is over! It feels like I’m finally in the home stretch!

Today’s exercise: I did my default workout for when I don’t feel like doing anything too intense: a long walk.
Today’s food: I had a berry smoothie for breakfast, homemade vegetable soup and an apple for lunch, and banana oat pancakes for dinner. For snacks, I had an apple around 10 am and a Go Macro bar and coconut water around 3 pm.
Today’s calorie totals: 1744 consumed – 2431 burned = -687 kcal
