Today’s exercise: I took a morning walk for about 50 minutes before work.
Today’s food: I had a smoothie for breakfast, a burrito and an apple with some almond butter for lunch, and oatmeal for dinner. I was super hungry today so I ended up having a smoothie and a smallish burrito bowl as snacks.
Today’s calorie totals: 1912 consumed – 2348 burned = -436 kcal
In case you were wondering why the Fitbit screenshot looks different today, that’s because it’s from the website instead of the mobile app. I’ve started playing with more of the features that the Fitbit site offers to hopefully consolidate my food and exercise tracking into one place. Although I prefer LoseIt’s food diary interface, Fitbit has some features that LoseIt! doesn’t. According to their site, the meal planner should be available on the Fitbit app soon, so I’m thinking of making the switch.
