Today’s exercise: I went to the gym before work today and did 30 minutes on the elliptical and about 20 minutes of abs and stretching.
Today’s food: I had the same berry smoothie that I had yesterday for breakfast. For lunch, I made a salad from the salad bar at work. Between lunch and dinner I had an apple as a snack. For dinner I had two medium-sized burritos and banana “ice cream” for dessert.
Today’s calorie totals: 1951 consumed – 2460 burned = -509 kcal
