Day 17 of my 30 day challenge is over!
Mondays always feel like a great, healthy start to the week. I play beach volleyball Monday nights, so I know I’ll have fun and get a workout in. Also, being back in the office helps reset my eating schedule, which tends to get shifted around on the weekends.

Today’s exercise: On Monday nights I play beach volleyball for about an hour. So far my team is undefeated!
Today’s food: I changed it up and had a berry smoothie for breakfast with some spinach and super greens powder. For lunch, I had a salad from the salad bar at work with an apple that I brought from home. For dinner, I really wanted a burrito, so I stopped at the store to get the ingredients. Usually I don’t have burritos since finding gluten free tortillas that are large enough can be a challenge, but I was able to get some medium sized ones. I did go over my daily calorie goal because my friend from work brought muffins for some of us and I couldn’t resist having all three that she gave me.
