Today’s exercise: I did not workout today. I was visiting my family this weekend and didn’t get back in town until late Sunday night. I have volleyball tomorrow so I know I’ll get some exercise tomorrow and I’m going to try my best to get to the gym before work Tuesday through Friday.
Today’s food: I had cereal with strawberries on top for breakfast, a burrito and a grapefruit for lunch, and snack foods for dinner and as afternoon snacks.
Today’s calorie totals: 1845 consumed – 2266 burned = -421 kcal, a good deficit but I am anticipating some water weight gain from the salty snack foods I ate today.
