Day 13 of my 30 day weight-loss-plateau-breaking challenge is done. That means the halfway point (and the next weigh-in) is right around the corner!
I finally got a really satisfying gym workout in today and I feel so much better for it. Although I ate a little over my calorie goal today, everything turned out solidly in the black.

Today’s exercise: I hit the gym today and did 35 minutes on the elliptical and about 30 minutes of weights and stretching. Since my arms don’t do much of anything when I’m on the elliptical, I focused my weight training on arms with a some squats and crunches thrown in, too. I finished off with about 5 minutes of stretching.
Today’s food: I made a weird breakfast choice today and had more of the vegan Mac & cheese I made yesterday. I had the same for lunch with green juice. For dinner, I had the same meal I’ve had for the last few days: steamed potatoes with ketchup and banana “ice cream” for dessert.
Today’s calories: 2006 consumed – 2604 burned = -598 kcal
