Today’s exercise: Monday nights I play in a sand volleyball league, so I did that today for about an hour. (Once again I’m very curious about what my Fitbit records for active minutes…only 22 minutes seems significantly off.)
Today’s food: I had my favorite smoothie for breakfast – I just can’t get enough of it! I had a banana for a mid-morning snack. For lunch, I’m still having the pasta with vegetables that I made last week. Once again I added a bit of rice to bulk it up and had an apple on the side. For dinner, I had a super simple meal of steamed red potatoes with ketchup. I also had dessert today since I had quite a lot of calories left and I was still hungry. I made banana “ice cream” in my blender and topped it with some crushed hazelnuts.
Today’s calorie totals: 1798 consumed – 2294 burned = -496 kcal. My LoseIt! calorie goal is calculated for me to lose about one pound per week.
